EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Terms & Conditions

1. Sales items will not be entitled for a refund or exchange, that includes Grab Bags.

2. If the ear studs of the earring that you've received is bend, please gently bend it back slightly. Ear studs might be bend due to shipping sometimes, but be rest assured that our team will always ensure the earrings are packed in good condition before shipping them out. If the ear studs broke while bending it back, please contact us. 

3. There may be slight color variations when you receive the earrings due to the nature of how our photos are taken. Therefore requesting for exchange/return/refund due to color variations will not be accepted. 

EXCHANGE

*Please note that earrings are non-refundable and exchangeable once your item has been shipped out for hygiene purposes*

Step 1: Ensure that your order meets the following exchange conditions:

1) Inform us within 14 days of mailing/dispatch (i.e. shipment notification email)

2) Item must be in its original condition and packaging, sealed in it's original packaging with our tag intact/attached.

3) Accessories, sale items and orders made with promo codes or store credits are final sale items and are not eligible for exchange.The following are also not accepted for exchange:

  • Orders which have previously been processed for return/exchange
  • Deliberate damage of item in order to make it eligible for exchange

Step 2: Once your order meets the above exchange conditions, these are the things to note:

1) No refund or store credit will be given if the replacement item is of a lower value. However, a top-up (only via bank transfer mode) is required if the replacement item is of a higher value.

2) No changing of replacement item once your request has been submitted because we have already reserved it for you.

3) Normal shipping fee will still apply for the item that you have chose to exchange for. Payment can only be made via bank transfer. 

Step 3: How to proceed with exchange?

1) Email us at 24thMarketSG@gmail.com with the email subject [Exchange – Order xxxxxx] stating the item(s) you wish to return and exchange for.

2) You will then receive an email with the exchange form and further exchange information within 7 days.

RETURN

Step 1: Ensure that your order meets the following return conditions:

1) Inform us within 14 days of mailing/dispatch (i.e. shipment notification email)

2) Item must be in its original condition and packaging, sealed in it's original packaging with our tag intact/attached.

3) Accessories, sale items and orders made with promo codes or store credits are final sale items and are not eligible for return.The following are also not accepted for exchange:

  • Orders which have previously been processed for return/exchange
  • Deliberate damage of item in order to make it eligible for exchange

Step 2: Once your order fulfills the above return conditions, these are the things to note:

1) If your item is purchased via Ninja Van shipping, we will arrange Ninja Van pick-up for the return parcel, back to our office. There will be a return-order pick up charge which will be advised to you via Email. This amount will be deducted from your refunded total amount before we process the refund.

If your item is purchased via Normal mail, please follow the steps on the email that we have sent to you and mail them back to our office's address as stated in the email. 

2) Processing time for returns will be done within 7 working days once we have received and verified the item is in good condition. 

Step 3: How to proceed with return?

1) Email us at 24thMarketSG@gmail.com with the email subject [Return – Order xxxxxx] stating the item(s) you wish to return.

2) You will receive an email with a return form and further return information within 7 days. Your return must reach us within 7 days thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied.

Step 4: When will you receive the your refund?

1) All refunds will be processed within 7 working days. We will inform you via email that your item has been successfully refunded once we have issued a refund. 

2) Refunds will be made via to the payment method that you have selected during check out, within 3-5 business days.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

1) We apologise if an incorrect item was mailed out. Please email us at 24thMarketSG@gmail.com with the email subject [Incorrect Item – Order xxxxxx] and photos of the wrong item within 7 days from the date of mailing/dispatch (i.e. shipment notification email).

2) If a replacement piece is available, we will mail out the item to you directly or will conduct a 1 to 1 exchange meet-up at a specific location. We will contact you via mobile to conduct the exchange. 

3) If a replacement piece is not available, a voucher code that amounted to your purchased good value will be provided upon receiving the return of your item. Likewise to point number 2, we will contact you via mobile to conduct the 1 to 1 exchange meet-up at a specific location. 

BOUNCED MAIL RETURN POLICY

1) All returned bounce mails by our delivery courier are subjected to a re-mailing fee of either $1.50 (Normal Local Mail) or $4.50 (Ninja Van) to cover packaging cost and miscellaneous admin fee due to wrong input in address information/nobody is available to receive the order. 

2) For Ninja van mailing, there will be 3 attempts to re-schedule your parcel. An admin fee of $8.00 will be charged if all 3 attempts of delivery fails. 

ILLEGITIMATE EXCHANGE/RETURN

1) Returns made without our email acceptance are classified as exchange/illegitimate return.

2) All items are inspected upon return. Articles not meeting the exchange/return conditions will be rejected.

3) In the event that exchange/return item is not defective, or damaged due to postage transit/handling by customers, we may at our discretion decide not to refund for the product. 

REFUND POLICY

1) Strict quality checks will be conducted to all items before we pack and mail your items. In the event that you received a damaged item, it may be damaged during the shipment process. If the item is non-replaceable/not available in our inventory, we will provide a store-credit refund. 

2) Sometimes glitches may occur where the item you purchased is not available in our inventory. If this scenario happens, we will refund the amount purchased for the specific item back to your payment method. The amount will be credited back to your payment method within 3-5 working days. 

24th Market Singapore reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, 24th Market Singapore reserves the right of final decision.
